Easy and healthy oatmeal pancakes recipe


It’s morning and of course you don’t want to cook something very elaborate but pop tarts are not in your diet and bacon is too greasy (greasy goodness) so you may want to find a super easy, healthy and delicious pancakes recipe with just a few ingredients and it takes no longer than 5 minutes. Seem too good to be true?


  • 1 cup raw oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 packets sweetener
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder


1) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
2) Then pour onto a hot grill and cook like a normal pancake.

You see? With just two simple steps you get a delicious breakfast with all the nutrients you need to start your day. To add more flavor to the pancake you can spread peanut butter on top and add bananas or your selection of fruits. Enjoy!
