This smoothie is super healthy and so easy to make. Plus, the benefits are amazing! You can drink this tasty smoothie before your daily routine to boost your energy and after your workout to rejuvenate your body. Since it’s protein-packed, it provides long-lasting energy, and the cinnamon helps to control blood sugar so you don’t crash after your workout. To make this goodie you just need a banana and peanut butter, protein powder, almond milk, and a touch of cinnamon. Throw everything into a blender and that’s it! You can also add in a handful of kale or spinach to add some minerals. Super simple and yummy!

It’s morning and of course you don’t want to cook something very elaborate but pop tarts are not in your diet and bacon is too greasy (greasy goodness) so you may want to find a super easy, healthy and delicious pancakes recipe with just a few ingredients and it takes no longer than 5 minutes. Seem too good to be true?
- 1 cup raw oats
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 packets sweetener
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
2) Then pour onto a hot grill and cook like a normal pancake.
You see? With just two simple steps you get a delicious breakfast with all the nutrients you need to start your day. To add more flavor to the pancake you can spread peanut butter on top and add bananas or your selection of fruits. Enjoy!
Bad news or good news first? In the spirit of the award season I’ve decided to share my favorite look of the night… and my least favorite. Yikes!
YASS Demi Lovato slaying the red carpet like now one! And I’m not like even her biggest fan but I now how to appreciate detail and a job well done. Lovato walked the red carpet looking like a golden mermaid with golden makeup, beach waves and a dress by Julien Macdonald (paired with David Yurman jewels and an Edie Parker clutch) and it was simply gorgeous. 10/10
A tracksuit? Not my favorite look of Halsey, sadly. I still love her though but for me this wasn’t Grammy worthy. But at least there’s a reasonable explanation for that. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Halsey explained the thought process behind her outfit choice, “I didn’t feel like wearing a dress so I wore my gym clothes.” We feel ya, girl.
